REMOTE PC SERVICES

$30 An Hour
For remote and phone support you are only charged for the amount of time used. If it takes 10 minutes, then you are charged for 10 minutes. At $30 per hour that works out to be 50 cents a minute.

MOBILE PC REPAIR

$40 Service Call with Diagnostic (this fee is waived if repairs are completed)
Technician will come to your home, diagnose your problem and give you a repair estimate. We guarantee to never charge more than our estimate for your repairs (often we charge less).


MOBILE USER TRAINING

$40 An Hour

This is about a five hour process. My normal charge is $30 an hour but with this special deal I charge you $60 no matter how long it takes. This is the  ideal solution for a PC that has gotten slower and slower over time. I disable unnecessary start up items to free up valuable system resources, optimize and defragment your hard drive and registry, then clean up unused files and programs. I will install critical updates for Windows, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Office, system optimization software, your Anti-virus/ Spyware programs, and update your system drivers. This can all be done remotely.

Includes everything in Quick Tune-Up above and virus/spyware removal. We install the latest AntiVirus and AntiSpyware programs along with the most up-to-date definition files. Includes a fully complete tune up for a super fast and clean computer. Some third party program support not included.
